Can I change batteries myself?

Yes, if you have our newest alarm system, it is easy to change batteries yourself. You do not need to call us before if it is not the central unit (big white box). The batteries can also be purchased via our webshop.

What do I do if I forgot my Sector Alarm App password ?

In order to reset your password, you need to visit MyPages, where you click "forgot password" and enter in your email address. Then, a reset link will then be sent to your email address.

How do I change Direct Debit account?

In order not to risk an interruption in the direct debit withdrawals I recommend that you contact your bank for assistance. You can change your Direct Debit account in different ways:

Via internet bank: Take away the existing direct debit connection and wait 5 banking days before switching to the new direct debit account. The contact holder is the only one that can make the change.
Via Direct Debit form: Take away the existing direct debit connection and fill a new one through a form.
Via bank: Contact your bank for help with changing the account.

I'm moving, what happens to my home alarm then?

If you are moving, we have made it very easy for you and of course you should experience the same feeling of security in your new home. We will install you a new home alarm in your new house. The owner of your old house has the chance to take over the existing alarm agreement.

How do I set up the Sector Alarm App for my alarm system ?

You will receive a welcome SMS or E-mail in advance of the engineer call out to set up your MyPages (App) account. Following the link in the SMS or Email you will be asked to confirm your mobile number and your customer number which is also found in the SMS or Email. Next you will be asked to confirm directions to your premises, to create a verification word which will be used in the event of an alarm activation and confirmation of 2-4 keyholders you would like on your account.

If I move house, can I bring the alarm system with me?

We advise that you leave your alarm system in your old home as we offer a number of discounts to existing customers interested in installing an alarm system into their new home.
